Walton launches new 4G smartphone

Local handset maker Walton has launched its new smartphone ‘Primo G9’ which features octa-core processor with 4G VoLTE network support. Priced at only 6,399 BDT, the attractively designed device comes in three different colors- Blue, Purple and Red and is available at all Walton Plaza, brand and retail outlets across the country. Customers can also purchase the device through its own online shop eplaza.waltonbd.com.

Asifur Rahman Khan, Chief of Walton Cellular Phone sales department, said the newly released smartphone features a 5.45-inch full-view HD+ IPS display with 1440X720 pixel screen resolutions. It sports a 1.6 GHz octa-core processor, 2GB DDR4 RAM, 16GB internal storage (expandable up to 64 GB) and PowerVR Rogue GE8322 GPU along with 2,500 mAh battery.

Runs on Android 9 Pie operating system, the new device features a 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash. It also sports another 8-megapixel front facing selfie camera. Some attractive camera features of the device are BSI sensor, AI face detection, digital zoom, face cute, HDR, Panorama, QR code, mirrored selfie etc.

The dual 4G-SIM supported phone has face unlock, wireless display, auto call recording, OTG support, full HD video playback etc. Customers will get instant replacement warranty for 30 days for the phone along with one-year regular service warranty.
