vivo Unveils Pocket-Friendly vivo Y18 Smartphone

vivo, the leading global smartphone brand, has launched its latest addition to the Y series, the vivo Y18, catering specifically to the needs of the younger generation.

Packed with advanced features like a 90 Hz high brightness display, a 50-megapixel ultra-clear camera, and a MediaTek G85 Helio processor, the Y18 promises to deliver outstanding performance at an affordable price of Tk15,999.

The vivo Y18 features a 6.56-inch LCD capacitive multi-touch display with a resolution of 1612×720 and peak brightness of 840 nits, ensuring a great viewing experience for video content. The device is available in two stylish colours: Wave Aqua and Mocha Brown.

To enhance user experience, the vivo Y18 comes with 6 GB of RAM, expandable by another 6 GB, and 128 GB of ROM, providing ample storage for all needs. Powered by the MediaTek G85 Helio processor, the smartphone runs on Funtouch OS 14, the updated version based on Android 14.

With a thickness of just 8.39 millimetres and weighing only 185 grams, the vivo Y18 boasts a sleek 2.5D curved design and a silky-smooth finish made from composite plastic materials. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for quick and easy phone unlocking. The device is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery and a 15-watt Type-C flash charger, offering all-day battery life on a single charge.

The vivo Y18’s back houses a 50-megapixel ultra-clear camera, while the front has an 8-megapixel camera, perfect for selfie enthusiasts. The smartphone includes various camera modes such as Portrait, Photo, Video, Pano, Documents, Slo-mo, Time-lapse, Pro, and Live Photo Mode.

The Super Night Mode and rear flash ensure clear pictures even in low-light conditions, making it an ideal choice for budding photographers on a budget.

Starting from June 1, the vivo Y18 will be available at all authorised vivo showrooms and e-stores across the country.

Additionally, purchasing the vivo Y18 comes with exciting Eid gifts, including a stylish RIRO B10 neckband, umbrella, RIRO voucher, T-shirt, and various GP offers.
