The Change Makers, a collective of the movers and shakers of the e-commerce industry, unveils their panel infront of the national press today.
With a promise to bring positive change in the industry, The Change Makers started their election journey couple weeks back. The panel announcement was made today in presence of more than 100 e-commerce merchant and journalists at the Banani Club in the capital.
9-member panel was announced for the elections to be held on June 18 at a function held at the ballroom of Banani Club in the capital.

According to the announcement the 9 member panel of The Change Makers for the June 18 election consists of: Shafquat Haider (Ciproco Computer), Waseem Alim (BanglaMeds), Md. Tashdik Habib (Cleanforce), Zeeshan Kingshuk Haque (RTS Enterprise), Mozammel Haque Mridha (Kinley.com), Abu Sufian Nilove (NijolCreative), Biplob Ghosh Rahul (eCourier), Ilmul Haque Sajib (Sheba.xyz) and Nusrat Akhtar Lopa (Hur Nusrat).
During the panel introduction session, all the members presented their credentials amongst the crowd. They also answered questions and queries from the media, heard suggestions from the member and remarked about their future plan for the e-commerce industry.
According to The Change Makers, e-commerce sector in Bangladesh is more developed now than ever before. However, the sector needs entrepreneurial leadership, transparency and trust. In addition to building the confidence of the general public in the e-commerce sector in Bangladesh, The Change Makers wants to work to establish e-CAB as a strong organization to various stakeholders, including the government.
It may be mentioned here that the Election Commission will publish the final list of candidates on May 30, 2022.
This is the first election after 7 years of e-CAB inception; the number of valid voters in this election is 795.
