On the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of Bangabandhu, ‘CTO Tech Summit 2020’ will be organized on 18th January 2020 in Dhaka. The CTO (Chief Technology Officer) Forum is organizing this daylong summit at the Samson H. Chowdhury Convention Centre.
Mr. Tapan Kanti Sarkar, the president of the CTO forum told that, this year the summit has been organized into two tracks, one is Digital Innovation and another is Cyber Security. There will be 4 seminars and panel discussions in each track therefore altogether there will be 8 plenary sessions.
Meanwhile, a good number of foreign delegates as well as local IT expertise has confirmed to share their knowledge in different seminars and panel discussions. Till now 15 specialist from EC council of USA, 5 specialist form Malaysian cyber security center and 15 expertise from Indian Infosec Foundation will join the event. The speakers will discuss various topics of modern technology such as digital transformation, fourth industrial revolution, digital Bangladesh, cyber challenge, cyber security and blockchain.
President of CTO Forum told that, 4.0IR knocking the door. Bangladesh is converting into a full phase digital country. Using of technology in every sector vastly increased day by day. The main focus of this event is to gathering the knowledge and boost the country’s empowerment by this potential technologies.
In every seminar and panel discussion, there will be join local expertise with foreign expertise and local decision maker form government.
“From the beginning, CTO Forum Bangladesh try to create the awareness about cyber security as well as the using of latest technologies” told by CTO forum president.
There will also be few stalls to showcase the latest technology products and services to the participants of the summit.
India’s InfoSec Foundation confirmed its participation as knowledge partner and ‘Youth Empowerment Forum’ from Bangladesh is the Youth Partner of this grand event.
