With this expansion, Samsung aims to provide swift support at every corner of Dhaka. The company has launched 16 bikes, which will help the expert technicians to reach the customers’ house or office faster than before.
After receiving the request on the helpline, expert technicians will go and fix issues regarding air conditioner, home appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and microwave ovens. The technicians will also provide important advice to the customers regarding the products.
