SAUDI ARABIAN AIRLINES (SAUDIA) SPONSORS 89TH SAUDI NATIONAL DAY CELEBRATION IN BANGLADESH

The national flag carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabian Airlines- SAUDIA sponsored the occasion of 89th Saudi National Day Celebration event arranged by Royal Saudi Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 23th September 2019.

Charge d’ Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Embassy to Bangladesh H.E.  Harqan Huwaydi H. Bin Shawyah and officials of the Embassy welcomed the guests at the ceremony. Honorable  Minister, Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Mr. Imran Ahmed M.P attended the reception as the Chief Guest. Saudi Arabian Airlines led by its country Manager in Bangladesh Tarik A Alowaidi welcomed all the guests.

“This day is special to us, we are happily celebrating the 89th National day of the Kingdom here in Bangladesh and thriving towards a bright future. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh share a long and historical relationships, Saudi Arabian airlines established it’s operation here in 1980, and we are proud to contribute on the growth of movement between both countries.” Says Tarik A Alowaidi, Saudia Country Manager in Bangladesh.

The reception venue was tastefully decorated on the occasion. A ceremonial cake was cut by the chief guest and high officials of the Saudi Embassy. The function was rounded off with an exciting raffle draw where Saudi Arabian Airlines gave away 4 Economy Class and 1 Business Class ticket as prizes to the lucky winners. The tickets can be used for travel for any destination the airline flies to on its routemap of more than 95 destinations.
