SAMSUNG launches the first land mark service center in Bangladesh

Samsung Electronics Bangladesh has launched their first flagship Service center in Dhaka. This is the first ever Samsung Service Center where valued Samsung customers will be able to receive after sales services under one roof.

A special inauguration ceremony was held today (January 21, 2015), flagship service center located on AL Complex, Mohakhali, Dhaka. Choon Soo Moon, Managing Director of Samsung Bangladesh attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest whereas the Service Director Shimyong Jung and Deputy General Manager of Service (SAARC), Gurpreet Singh Bakshi from Samsung India, also attended the ceremony as special guests.

Mr. Moon said; “Samsung Flagship Service Center are designed to give fastest output and easy solutions for all Samsung products. Samsung is committed to provide the consumers with the best possible solutions for the better. We hope to establish an industry benchmark for premium customer service”

The expansive 3000 sq. ft. Flagship Service Center is a One-Stop solution for all Samsung electronics items like Mobile Device, IT & Consumer Electronics products along with an experience zone for Mobile Device of Samsung. A total of 40 dedicated employees are designated to provide customer solutions. The new flagship center introduces a new F2F (face to face) service approach with live repairs in front of customer to ensure complete transparency and parts replacements.
