Get ready for the biggest changes yet to the Galaxy phone line. We are talking about a possible 108MP camera in the Galaxy S20, a 120Hz display, 5G connectivity, a new Exynos chipset, and a faster new Snapdragon 865 processor.
Galaxy S20 can have as many as five lenses on the back, so get ready for a prominent camera array. The phone may have an 8K video support, new modes named Director’s View, Single Take Photo, and Night Hyperlapse. According to Ice Universe, the Galaxy S20 will most likely use Isocell Bright HMX and with it, the camera will be able to capture photos that will be 12,032 x 9,024 pixels and 42MB in size. The video sensors will also support Super Phase Detection, which will be better and faster at auto-focusing even in low light.
The Snapdragon 865 will have 20% faster graphics rendering the previous Snapdragon and will also have 35% more power efficiency. Galaxy S20 will also get an upgraded LPDD5 smartphone memory which will be 30% faster and 30% more efficient than the previous ones.
Samsung may include an extra sensor in Galaxy S20 which will be known as a spectrometer. These sensors can be used to analyze the chemical makeup of a given object, allowing you to analyze your health via body fat or skin moisture, or check fruit for sugar level, pills to verify they are genuine, or drinks to find out their alcohol content. The applications for this technology are enormous and would be an amazing feature for Samsung to put it on the Galaxy S20.
It is almost given that a phone like Galaxy S20 will have a greater battery capacity than the model that preceded it. Galaxy S20e could have a battery capacity as high as 4,000mAh and S20 Plus or Ultra could have up to 5,000mAh battery. That will be bigger than any other premium flagship phones in the market right now.
All the speculation will come to an end on the day of the Unpacking Event which will take place on February 11, 2020 (globally), for Bangladesh it will be February 12, 2020 at 01:00 AM.
