As the fast-moving global Technology leader from South Korea topping ahead in Mobile phone, TV and Digital appliances in the global market and Bangladesh, Samsung extended Bangladesh Call center operational hour up to 17.5 hours to listen to more customers voice. From 2nd July onwards, Samsung Call Center team will operate from 8:00am to 1:30am for 7 days a week.
Putting customers at the core of its business, Samsung has designed and developed a full range of customer services that are based on the experience and feedback from customers over the years. From 2017, they have launched Service Vans in the rural area to supply high-quality service to the remote area customer as well as urban cities.
Whether customers need help with their Samsung Mobile, TV or simply to get more out of their digital appliances, Samsung will connect them with their skilled technicians located at every service center to ensure customers receive speedy and professional solutions.
Moreover, this helpline extension will be the first time in Bangladesh; a company will be providing customer service for 17.5 hours a day, which will set a new landmark for the country’s IT industry.
