Robi and Nagad signs MoU

Robi Axiata Limited and “NAGAD” has signed an agreement recently to make financial services accessible to the broader segment of people through mobile telecom network.

Managing Director and CEO of Robi Axiata Limited Mahtab Uddin Ahmed and Co-Founder & on bahlf of “NAGAD”, Director of Third Wave Technologies Limited Rezaul Hossain inked the agreement at Robi Head Quarter.

As nations first and universal Digital Financial Service platform, “NAGAD” will play a vital role in socio-economic development of the country as well contribute in developing the livelihood of the mass population of the country through financial inclusion.

On behalf of Robi Axiata Limited, Chief Digital Service Officer Shihab Ahmad and Vice President and Head of Mobile Money, Channel Distribution and Regulatory Compliance Dewan Nazmul Hasan were present at the agreement signing ceremony; and on behalf of “Nagad”, Managing Director of Third Wave Technologies Limited Tanvir A. Mishuk, Chief Commercial Officer, Sadat Adnan Ahmad were also present at the event.
