RDS Properties Limited, Transcom HVAC sign MoU

RDS Properties Limited and Transcom HVAC, a concern of Transcom Electronics Limited, has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Chattogram. This partnership will let RDS Properties Limited incorporate Samsung DVM S for their project, called ‘RDS Tower Shopping Mall’. The shopping mall is located at Chowdhury Hat, Chattogram.

Samsung DVM S is a smart System Air Conditioner which with its wide range of capacities and advanced technology gives the cooling and heating solution for any type of space from a high-rise building to small commercial places. Transcom Electronics is Samsung Bangladesh’s official distributor.

Transcom HVAC provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions to commercial complex, hotels and resorts, hospitals, garments, textiles, pharmaceutical, and residential projects. Since 2009, the company has been providing these solutions with a strong commitment in after sales service and has completed over 309 projects successfully including 9 LEED certified projects.

The signing ceremony was attended by CIP Mohammed Selim, Managing Director, RDS Properties; Mahbub Alam, Head of Sales, Transcom HVAC along with other high officials from both RDS Properties and Transcom HVAC.
