MetLife Bangladesh has unlocked the online payment gateway for its customers. From now on MetLife Bangladesh customers will be able to pay premium and policy related payments through its website using their Visa, Master and American Express Debit and Credit Cards as well as directly from their bank accounts through account-to-account fund transfers. All other existing premium payment channels will still be available for everyone’s convenience.
MetLife Bangladesh partnered with The City Bank to design and launch the online payment solution for its clients. Clients will have to bare a minimum amount of charge for availing the online payment solution services. MetLife will capture no client information except client’s email address through this arrangement. Customer will receive a premium payment receipt for the payment over card. For the online payment process client will have to go to MetLife Bangladesh website (www.metlife.com.bd) and select the ‘Pay Premium’ tab from the ‘Support’ tab on the menu bar.
