Let’s work together to empower the industry : Manjurul Hoque

Manjurul Hoque is a prominent and astute entrepreneur who chooses to serve Bangladesh’s healthcare sector by facilitating technology and automation. He engaged with BASIS as Co-Chair in local market standing committee and contributed extensively to software product development in local market. He always believes that, we need to be focused on product development in the local and international software markets, saying that doing so would create world-class IT product. His vision is to contribute more for BASIS member organizations regarding product marketing and branding in the local and international markets.

In this regard, he is participating BASIS Executive Committee Election 2022-23 in the Affiliate Member category (MID: AF-18-01-611) from the ‘Synergy Squad’ panel. Keeping the members at the core, Synergy Squad intends to empower the industry to thrive in the current global market and lay the foundation for roaring growth trajectory amid ever-evolving opportunities.

In the last few decades, Bangladesh has seen a skyrocketing phenomenon emerge in the ICT sectors. It has been identified as a “thrust sector” as it represents the potential for successful reforms, job creation, industry growth and high spillover effects to other sectors, as well as improving governance and facilitating inclusion. From the tech startups that we saw grow in at the end of the last decade, we will find Mr Manjurul in the Bangladesh tech industry who left us inspired to crack his success stories.

Conceived in 2009, his company MySoft Limited is being an exciting tech startup in multiple ways. It is a healthcare software company that has chosen to specialize in hospital, lab and radiology automation software. However, it has also taken the bold decision to distribute this software among various healthcare organizations exclusively. The founder and Managing Director, Mr Manjurul Hoque’s hard work has paid off over the last decade, where MySoft Limited has served successfully over 200 clients.

Mr. Manjurul has been a key contributor in the healthcare automation software industry. He always believes in continuous development to be sustained in the market.

Mr. Manjurul is now engaging himself to popularize the online-based healthcare system in Bangladesh. MyHealthBD.com, a virtual hospital, making it easier for doctors to attend patients from anywhere. As a central freestanding facility staffed with different hospitals and healthcare professionals, MyHealthBD brings together a number of caregivers located anywhere in the world under one connected platform.

Under his keen leadership, his organization MySoft Limited has won BASIS National ICT Award in 2018 as a Champion in ICT Business Service Category. His other concern MyHealthBD has won the prestigious WITSA Global ICT Excellence Award in 2020, as the innovative e-health solutions of Bangladesh, for its role in the better healthcare sector.
