IFAD Multi-products joins in Huawei Public Cloud

IFAD Multi-products opts into Huawei public cloud to improve the company’s internal management processes. A tripartite agreement has been signed among Huawei Digital Technologies (Hong Kong) Company Limited, IFAD Multi-products Company, and Omega Exim Limited and at Huawei’s CSIC (Customer Solution Innovation Center) at Gulshan in the capital.

Under the agreement, Huawei, the world’s leading ICT solutions provider company, will provide Cloud platform to hold SAP solutions to IFAD Multi-products Company while Omega Exim limited will be the consulting partner of the entire process.

Mr. Jerry Wangshiwu, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Huawei; Mr. Rezwan Ali, Director of Omega Exim limited and Mr. Tanvir Ahmed, Managing Director of IFAD Multi-products along with some other high officials were present in the signing ceremony of the agreement.

With Huawei’s SAP on Cloud solutions, IFAD Multi-products will be able to reduce their costs along with ensuring smooth services by simplifying their management processes through easy technological up-gradation and service expansions. At the same time, this cloud solution will guarantee world-class services with high security and reliability.

Mr. Jerry Wangshiwu, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Ltd, says, “We are passing through an era of Digital Adversity today. So enterprises can make business and managerial improvements through digital transformation. Huawei’s Cloud SAP solution will not just only be connected with the SAP system in the cloud, but also will provide greater efficiency through Huawei Technologies’ SAP Cloud integration, Big Data, IoT and Artificial Intelligence to keep pace with the ever-changing market and business. We can avoid many dangers as well.”

IFAD Multi-products’ Managing Director (MD) Mr. Tanvir Ahmed says, “Though we are a developing country, we are quite familiar with the latest technologies of today’s world. Huawei Cloud has helped us to reduce management costs by improving business & management processes with SAP solutions, which will add our consumers to the world-class service line.”

Huawei has been working with cloud services in Bangladesh since 2010-11, though initially it was limited to mobile operators’ network. Over time, the Bangladesh government along with several renowned private cloud/Rackspace collocation service providers has also worked with its data center. This public cloud is Huawei’s latest effort to have a more effective role in Bangladesh’s ICT development to unveil new innovative services for everyone in the country. Any organization, as well as individual users in Bangladesh, can avail this service through Huawei’s cloud partners.
