Soon after launching ‘Huawei Y9 2019’ in the Bangladesh market, leading technology and smartphone manufacturing company Huawei has evoked huge response of customers. Cricketer Shakib Al Hasan, the world’s best all-rounder, handed over the new phone to the customers who gave pre-orders to buy the handset.
An event styled ‘Huawei Y9 2019 First Day Sales Celebration’ was organised at the Jamuna Future Park’s Central Court in the capital on Saturday evening (November 3, 2018) to mark the first sale of the latest edition of Y9 Series.
Popular band Shironamhin’s ex-vocalist Tanzir Tuhin and his band Abhas entertained all who came at the event. Ridy Sheikh and her team performed dance. In addition, a gaming competition was arranged for the mobile gamers. Later, gift hampers were given to the winners. The pre-order offer that began on October 25 for the phone ended on Friday (November -2).
“Huawei always makes effort to present best phones to its users. I hope the Huawei Y9 Series 2019 will live up the expectations of consumers,” said Shakib Al Hasan, world’s best all-rounder cricketer and brand ambassador of Huawei Bangladesh.
Mr. Kelvin Yang, Country Director, Huawei Consumer Business Group (Bangladesh) said, “Huawei Y9 Series 2019 is a modern phone. It will fulfill the Bangladesh consumer’s demand. Its quality and design will satisfy the users. I hope the phone will become very popular among the consumers.”
The interested buyers will be able to buy the smartphone from today (November 3, 2018) in 64 districts across Bangladesh from Huawei brand stores and authorised distributors. The price of the new phone is Tk 22,990.
