How to Obtain a Dominica Passport Through Citizenship by Investment: A Complete Guide

Acquiring a Dominican passport through the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program is one of the most affordable and straightforward ways to secure second citizenship. Established in 1993, Dominica’s CBI program offers foreign investors two main paths to citizenship: a donation to the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) or a real estate investment in pre-approved properties.

The passport provides visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 140 countries, including the United Kingdom, the European Union’s Schengen Area, Singapore, and Hong Kong, making it one of the most desirable passports in the Caribbean.
