Do more, move further with Pathao

Once in the program, users will start earning points for using the Pathao platform. Once a user earns 200 points, they’ll advance from Bronze to Silver. At 1,000 points, users will be promoted to Gold tier. And at 7,000 points, users will be advanced to the highest tier, Platinum.

Pathao wants to create value with every Ride taken, and every food order delivered – beyond providing safe and affordable transport and fast and delicious meals. The points that the users earn will give them access to a wide range of rewards and discounts that are designed to matter to them genuinely.  The rewards include access to exclusive deals and discounts, special offers, priority support, special access to highly rated drivers, free deliveries on select food orders, premium support hotline and special rates for two favourite destinations.

In this regard, Pathao CEO Hussain M Elius said, “As a Bangladeshi startup, our user community has been a big part of our journey. Our community is passionate enough to praise us when they are delighted and more importantly, give us vital feedback when we could do better. And we’re incredibly grateful for it. We’ve always wanted to recognize and reward this community for choosing us. Today, we’re excited to announce a big step towards giving even more value to our users.”
