Customers to get new Marcel  AC against any brand’s old AC

The local electronics manufacturer Marcel has initiated a nationwide ‘AC Exchange Offer’ that giving a chance to the customers for exchanging used or old air conditioners (AC) of any brand with the fresh AC of Marcel brand.

Under this offer, a customer will be able to purchase any model of air conditioners of Marcel brand through exchanging used AC of any brand. In this regard, customer will get 25 percent discounts from the regular sales’ price of Marcel AC that he/she wants to buy.  This offer was come into effective on February 07 and will be continued till March 31 of this year.

Besides, the guarantee period on the compressors of inverter technologies air-conditioners was extended by the Marcel authorities to 10 years from the previous 8 years. Customers are enjoying the 10 years guarantee on compressors of those Marcel’s inverter ACs that are purchased on or after the date of February 10, 2019.

Apart from these, all the customers of Marcel ACs are now getting free installation facility.

Dr. Md Shakhawat Hossen, head of sales of Marcel brand, said that the customers’ popularity of Marcel appliances are increasing very rapidly in the local market.

He believes that Marcel has some responsibilities to its customers.

The local brand always focuses on bringing the benefits of technology based appliances to each and every home of the country at reasonable rates and also providing best services, he noted.

Thus, Marcel announced AC Exchange Offer, 10 years guarantee on inverter AC compressors and free installation facility aimed at providing some extra benefits to the customers.

Sondip Biswas, head of AC Research and Development Department of Marcel, said that they added world’s latest technologies like inverter, ionizer and IoT based smart technologies in their ACs with the aim of providing the sophisticated and highest standard products to the customers.

Recently, Marcel introduced IOT-based smart ACs in Bangladesh which are controllable through smart phones and voice control. Users can easily know various information about Marcel smart ACs including the monthly electric bill, low or high voltage, overload on compressor etc.

Every air conditioner of Marcel is released in the market after obtaining quality control certification from international standard testing lab NUSDAT-UTS.

The inclusion of Ionizer technology in Marcel ACs keeps the room dirt and bacteria free along with cooling. The Smart and Inverter ACs of Marcel save up to 60 percent electricity. The Turbomood of the compressor of Inverter ACs cools the room reducing its temperature quickly. In this technology, the speed of the compressor is controlled according to the temperature of the room through special programming of microprocessor installed on the PCB or motherboard of the compressor. World’s recognized environmental-friendly HFC free R410A refrigerant is used on Marcel ACs.

Rust-resistant Golden Fin Color Technology is being used in condensers of Marcel ACs which ensures the longevity of the cooling product.

Besides, accurate BTU and six-month replacement guarantee led Marcel ACs to secure the top choice of customers.
