Circleliner launches Effective Professional Networking  Platform

For a prospective career the importance of professional networking is inevitable. It has an invaluable impact on our career growth. From finding a job to developing skills, professional network has no alternatives. Among many professional networking platform linkedin is the pioneer. However, this platform has a number of drawbacks like you have to search for professionals and send them connection request. Unfortunately, a user can create a limited number of connections and in many cases none of them can appear as valuable to a user as most of the connections the user make are from different backgrounds who are not able to offer any mentorship nor can guide in choosing a meaningful career. As a result, many graduates settle down with lower grade jobs or change tracks from their background.

Circleliner has come up with an unorthodox way to solve this problem. Here in circleliner people effortlessly connect to appropriate audience, a user auto connect the people from his or her profession or background. Like when a doctor sign up in circleliner s/he gets connected to all the other doctors on the platform. Similarly marketer, engineer, architect, lawyer, banker everyone connect their own professional circle.

“When we developed Circleliner, the core problem we wanted to solve was to create flawless connections between new professionals and those who have been in their industries for years,” says Ariyan Shahriar, founder of Circleliner.  “Typically, fresher or new professional find it difficult to connect with potential recruiter due to poor networking, which results in obtaining low grade jobs due to lack of mentorship.”

With Circleliner, however, fresher or professionals can easily present themselves in front of their fellow peers as soon as they sign up, all while staying updated about industry trends and news. If a user wants to connect people from other backgrounds, simply follow feature will do. To have one to one communication this platform has its own messenger service as well- he added.

“We want people to enjoy the full freedom while browsing circleliner. Our effective filtering system will let people decide what content they want in their newsfeed” – says the lead engineer Kazi Jamil.  Apart from sharing status and pictures users can share their own projects, podcast, relevant news, events or seminars updates and also can publish their created articles, he added.

One of the site’s biggest features, however, will be an option for users to search and/or post job opportunities for the filtered audience.  This sophisticated system will reduce the recruitment process duration from over three weeks to a mere ten minutes.  Users will be evaluated not by the years of experience, but by their qualities and talent.
