bKash offers10% cash back on app payment at book fair

bKash Limited, the largest mobile financial service provider in the country offers10 percent cash back to its customer on ‘bKash App’payment while purchasing books from the month-long ‘Amar Ekushey Gronthomela 2019’startedfrom February 01 at Bangla Academy premises.

Customers making the payment via bKash app effectively have to pay 32.5 percent lesser than the book’s cover prices as the cash back is applicable on top of the publishers’ 25 percent discount on books’ cover prices.  The 10 percent cash back is also applicable for online book purchase through bKash online payment gateway.

The upper limit of cash back for a customer is TK 600 during the fair period. The customers can make the payment by simply scanning the QR code at the book stalls. They will receive the cash back instantly after making the transactions.

Around 280 leading publishers will accept bKash payment at the book fair. List of publishers accepting bKash payment will be available at bKash websitewww.bkash.com as well as Facebook page:  www.facebook.com/bkashlimited.

Launched in 2011, bKash, a joint venture of BRAC Bank, US based Money in Motion, International Finance Corporation of World Bank Group, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Ant Financial, offers broad range of mobile financial services to the common people of Bangladesh.
