Xiaomi user in Bangladesh gets good news. After nearly two months since we first saw it appear on Geekbench, the Xiaomi Mi A1 is now receiving a stable Android Pie update. The update comes just a few days after Xiaomi released a beta update for the device.
The update is about 1074MB in size and apart from bringing Android Pie, it also “brings” FM radio. Android Pie features the update brings include Adaptive battery and adaptive brightness, a new navigation system, digital wellbeing, and a new volume control menu.
Gizmochina reports, the update is arriving on devices in Bangladesh. If you haven’t received the update yet, expect it to hit your phone in the next couple of days.
Xiaomi Mi A1 is Xiaomi’s first Android One smartphone. It was released last year and is based on the Mi 5X which runs MIUI. It has a 5.5-inch FHD screen, a Snapdragon 625 processor, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. For optics, it has dual 12MP rear cameras and a 5MP front-facing camera. It also packs a 3,080mAh battery, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, a type-C port, and an audio jack.
The Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite already received the Android Pie update last month.
