Bangladesh under-16 eve football team recorded their second successive victory in the AFC U-16 women China qualifiers crushing United Arab Emirates (UAE) 6-0 in their group B match at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka on Friday.
Bipasha Mali put Bangladesh ahead early in the 6th minute with a cool finishing. Krishna Rani ran down the left flank and cut the ball back to Bipasha who see sidefooted shot entered into the far post net (1-0).
Sanjida doubled the lead in the 9th minute with super effort. Midfielder Razia paved the way for Sanjida who produced a quick footwork to go past his marker and lofted the ball inside the far post net (2-0).
Sanjida scored her second in the 23rd minute with a powerful right footer from the edge of the box. Bipasha Mali`s angular through was picked by Sanjida and she completed the job coolly (3-0).
Crosspiece denied Bangladesh a goal in the 22nd minute when Razia`s volley hit the inside edge.
Krishna Rani netted the fourth in the 42nd minute with a long ranger from the right edge of the box (4-0).Bipasha Mali added her second in the 68th minute from a goal mouth melee (5-0).
Substitute midfielder Lipi Akhter sealed the victory for Bangladesh in the stoppage time with a fierce grounder (6-0).
Bangladesh will face strong India in their third group B match scheduled to be held on Sunday at the same venue.
Earlier, the eve team stunned Jordan by a solitary goal in their opening group match.
