BACCO, the solitary and central trade body for the BPO/Outsourcing industry in Bangladesh, is relentlessly making every effort with the Government and other national and international stakeholders to achieve our Prime Minister’s “Smart Bangladesh Vision 2041”.
BACCO now has 380+ members under its wing who are doing wonders in the BPO sector! One of our missions is to expand the industry with the aim of creating 100,000 middle-income sustainable jobs for the youth, and we have already ensured 70,000 job placements to date.
We operate in an industry that has grown to earn revenue worth $700 million; while expecting to meet the target of $1 billion within 2025.
