Bangladesh Awami League president Shaikh Hasina will declare the manifesto of eleventh national parliament election on December 18 (Tuesday). She will uphold the manifesto at 10 am at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel on that day. The manifesto will be upheld under digital method.
The party is giving importance to 21 special pledges with the slogan ‘Irresistible Bangladesh in the progress of prosperity’.
It is known that keeping ahead the quote of Bangabandhu 21 subjects are given importance in the manifesto. These are- My village-my town: modern urban facilities expansion in every village; Force of youth-prosperity of Bangladesh: turning youths into skilled manpower and ensuring empowerment; zero tolerance policy against corruption; women empowerment; gender equality and children’s welfare; ensuring nutrition and safe food; eradication of terrorism, communalism and militancy; speedy and quality implementation of mega projects; enhancing democracy and rule of law; increasing government and private investment; poverty eradication; increasing quality of education in all stages; ensuring quality healthcare in all stages; ensuring security for power and energy; more use of technologies in overall development; modern agriculture system; efficient and service oriented public administration; blue economy or development of sea resources; ensuring security on roads; expatriates welfare programs and sustainable and inclusive development.
There are seven chapters in the Awami League manifesto. In the first chapter there are pledges of manifesto, in the second chapter pretext, in third the success of the government in the last two terms and planning for the next term, in fourth economic scenario of the country, in fifth chapter leadership of Sheikh Hasina, in sixth future guidelines and in seventh chapter open urges to the countrymen.
