ACI Motors contributed specialized cleaning machine to Cox’s Bazar beach management body to enhance green activities in the tourist city.
ACI Motors Managing Director and Chief Executive Dr. F H Ansary and Executive Director Subrata Ranjan Das joint handed over the machine to the authorities concerned at Hotel Sea Palace in Cox’s Bazar on Wednesday.
Cox’s Bazar Additional Deputy Commissioner Sarwar Kamal received the machine on behalf of beach management body. Additional Police Super Babul Chandra Bonik and Executive Magistrate Saiful Islam were also present on th occasion from district administration. After handing over, the cleaner machine was demonstrated at beach.
Cox’s Bazar is the longest natural sea beach in the world with length of 120 km. But the beach is now facing environmental crisis; especially in the tourist attraction areas as the waste and garbage is polluting the beach area.
To support the green activities at longest beach in the world, ACI Motors has taken the initiative as social corporate responsibilities, according to the officials.
